With a focus on cleansing the body for Spring, go deeper into your Yoga practice than you can in a 60-90 minute class to receive this full body tune up. Come prepared to sweat and release the tensions you stored up over this past winter, or this past life time. Some Yoga mats will be provided, please bring your own if you can. Some Yoga experience recommended.
