Returns

Please call or e-mail for prior approval before returning any items. No returns will be accepted without prior approval. Credit may be given after an unused and/or unopened product is returned and inspected.

No refunds, credits or exchanges after thirty days.

Returns credited back to a credit card may be charged a 20% restocking fee. Store credits may charged a 10% restocking fee. If you wish an exchange, please let us know what product you would prefer. Any difference will be given either as a store credit or charged to your credit card on file.

Opened food products are not returnable. If you have a problem with any perishable food product, please call customer service. They will be happy to discuss options with you.

There are no returns on under garments.

To cancel an order you have placed with Body Mind Gifts you must contact us providing your name, order number, and all contact information, including your phone number and email address. Please note that if an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case you can request to return the item for a refund, minus shipping, handling, and restocking fees.
